Deconstruct Skincare - Brand & Social Media Manager (1-2 yrs)

ABOUT THE ROLE :
- Identify brand's differentiation, positioning in the market, build a coherent consumer language across all touch-points.
- Identify new product development opportunities that help the brand stay relevant with the latest trends & consumer needs, through market and consumer research.
- Develop assets - images, audio, visual etc in alignment with brand language and consumer needs, with the help of in-house graphic designers/ external agencies
- Help develop product packaging & related communication.
- Conceptualize & execute creative plans across all marketing channels (Digital, Social, BTL, influencer etc).
- Work with external agencies to develop brand campaigns & manage brand collaborations
- Take care of current social channels & build newer channels of communication for the brand
- Work with the E-commerce & sales team to drive discovery, traffic & conversion. Ensure active participation in all relevant events across multiple platforms.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
Looking for candidates with an MBA in marketing/ communications, with 1-2 years of post-MBA experience.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- 1-2 years of experience in agency/ brand management
- An understanding of trends and an ability to respond to consumers
- An ability to think strategically and come up with campaigns
- Creative, intuitive and thinks through the right brain
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders - both internal and external
