Deconstruct - Marketplace Manager - Rootcos (5-7 yrs)
JD for Marketplace Manager :
Rootcos is a dynamic and rapidly growing haircare startup committed to transparency, efficacy, and science-backed solutions. Our mission is to empower individuals with products they can trust-formulations that are thoroughly tested, clinically effective.
Responsibilities :
1. Responsible for driving revenue on multiple eCommerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Myntra,etc.
2. Doing market research, understanding competition & market trends.
3. Responsible for leading the team for product cataloguing, A+ content, and search engine optimization to get the best listings.
4. Managing relationships with related personnel within the designated marketplaces.
5. Working with the operations team to manage shipments/POs to reduce stock-out time
6. Preparing weekly and monthly reports and working with management & seniors to forecast future performance.
Qualifications :
1. 5 to 7 years of managing e-commerce sales, with a BTech/BCom/MBA/other bachelors/master's degree
2. Interest and willingness to work with hair care sector is a strong advantage
3. Strong presentation skills and ability to effectively communicate the objectives and needs of the brand to all stakeholders
4. Proven ability to develop and nurture relationships with internal and external stakeholders
5. Proven ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
6. Proven ability to manage a team of associates to drive marketplace channels
