Deconstruct - Marketplace Associate - Sales (1-3 yrs)
Job description for Marketplace Associate :
As an eCommerce Associate, you will be responsible for various aspects of the brand on eCommerce platforms. An ideal can be someone who can be a 1+ years of experience interested in beauty and personal care and would like to build a career in this industry.
Responsibilities :
1. Responsible for driving sales on multiple eCommerce and Quick-commerce platforms such as Purple, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, etc.
2. Doing market research, understanding competition market trends.
3. Responsible for product cataloguing, A+ content, and search engine optimization of the listings
4. Managing relationships with related personnel within the designated marketplaces.
5. Optimizing shipments/POs to reduce stock-out time and save costs.
6. Preparing weekly and monthly reports and working with management & seniors to forecast future performance.
Qualifications :
1. 1+ years of managing e-commerce sales, with a BTech/BCom/MBA/other bachelor's/master's degree.
2. Interest and willingness to learn about the beauty & personal care sector is strong advantage.
3. Strong presentation skills and ability to effectively communicate the objectives and needs of the brand to all stakeholders.
4. Proven ability to develop and nurture relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
5. Proven ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
