Deconstruct - Creative Strategist (1-3 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
- Video/Static Concept & Strategy Development:
- Develop creative strategies and concepts for performance marketing videos/ statics that align with brand goals and drive customer acquisition and conversions.
- Collaborate with the performance marketing team to understand campaign objectives, target audience, and performance goals.
- Create video narratives that showcase skincare products, focusing on their unique selling points and the consumer benefits.
- Video Production & Storyboarding:
- Lead the ideation and storyboarding process for performance marketing videos, ensuring the content aligns with both brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
- Oversee the production of short, engaging video ads for social media, display ads, and other digital channels (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
- Partner with videographers, editors, and motion graphic designers to bring creative concepts to life.
- Data-Driven Creative Optimization:
- Analyse the performance of video campaigns using data and metrics such as click-through rates, conversion rates, and customer acquisition cost (CAC).
- Optimize creative content based on real-time performance data and A/B test variations to improve effectiveness.
- Continuously refine video messaging, length, and style to enhance campaign performance and meet ROI targets
- Trend & Audience Insight Integration:
- Stay up to date with video marketing trends, best practices, and platform-specific content formats (e.g., Reels, Stories etc. ).
- Conduct research on audience behavior, preferences, and competitor video strategies to inform creative development.
- Adapt creative strategies to ensure they are relevant and appealing to different audience segments.
- Collaboration & Cross-Functional Coordination:
- Work closely with performance marketers to align video strategies with paid ad campaigns and digital marketing goals.
- Collaborate with product and brand teams to ensure videos accurately reflect the brand's tone, aesthetic, and product benefits.
- Coordinate with external agencies, video production teams, and influencers/ models to execute high-quality video content.
- Campaign Planning & Execution:
- Plan, produce, and manage multiple video assets from concept to completion for ongoing marketing campaigns.
- Ensure content is delivered on time, within budget, and optimized for various platforms (social media, e-commerce, paid media).
- Ensure videos are consistent with the brand identity while also tailored to maximize conversions in performance marketing.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Advertising, Communications, Film Production, or a related field
- 1+ years of experience in creative strategy with a focus on performance marketing video content, preferably in the beauty, skincare, or consumer goods industry.
- Strong storytelling skills, with the ability to create short, compelling narratives for performance marketing.
- Familiarity with video production tools, editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects), & video ad formats.
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
