Deconstruct - Associate - Influencer Marketing (0-2 yrs)

Key Responsibilities:

- Campaign Planning & Execution:

- Identify relevant influencers, content creators, and brand ambassadors in the skincare and beauty space who align with the brand's values and target audience

- Collaborate with influencers to create high-quality, engaging content (videos, posts, tutorials, etc.) that highlights skincare products and drives customer engagement

- Build long-term relationships with influencers to create authentic and impactful partnerships

- Coordinate product seeding and ensure influencers receive the latest product releases for content creation

- Relationship Building & Management:

- Cultivate strong, authentic relationships with influencers, ensuring they feel connected to the brand and are enthusiastic about promoting products.

- Negotiate contracts, rates, and deliverables with influencers, ensuring mutual benefits and alignment with the brand's budget and campaign goals.

- Manage day-to-day communications with influencers, agencies, and PR teams to ensure seamless execution of collaborations.

- Performance Tracking & Reporting:

- Track, analyse, and report on the performance of influencer campaigns using KPIs such as engagement, reach, conversions, and ROI.

- Utilise insights and data from campaigns to optimise future influencer strategies and improve campaign effectiveness.

- Continuously evaluate the impact of influencer partnerships and adjust strategies to maximise results.

- Market Research & Trend Monitoring:

- Stay current with the latest trends in social media, influencer marketing, and skincare, identifying emerging influencers and platforms.

- Conduct market research to better understand the competitive landscape and discover new opportunities for influencer collaborations.

- Analyse customer feedback and influencer audience demographics to ensure campaigns resonate with the target market.

- Content Collaboration & Creative Input:

- Collaborate with the creative and content teams to develop influencer-generated content that aligns with the overall brand aesthetic and marketing messaging.

- Provide creative direction and input to ensure influencer content reflects brand standards while maintaining authenticity.

- Support the integration of influencer content into broader marketing efforts, including social media, email campaigns, and paid ads.

Key Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.

- 0-1 years of experience in influencer marketing

- Deep interest in social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube) and influencer marketing tools and metrics

- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines

- Creative mindset with the ability to guide influencers in creating high-quality, engaging content.

- Familiarity with influencer marketing platforms and data analytics tools.
