Decision Point - Social Media Marketing Specialist (1-2 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement social media strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Plan, create and publish engaging content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Manage content calendar and ensure timely posting of content.
- Write creative copies and captions for all social media posts & Ad campaigns.
- Shoot and edit reels and other visual content to engage and attract the target audience.
- Monitor and respond to comments and messages on all social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
- Track and analyse social media metrics and use data to inform future strategies and campaigns.
- Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, algorithm changes and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, creative and product, to ensure a cohesive brand message across all channels.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns and budgets.
- Knowledge and experience in Google ads, SEO and email marketing will be an added advantage
An ideal candidate will be/have :
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or a related field.
- Proven 1-2 years of work experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, including their respective audiences and algorithms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in social media management and analytics tools, such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social and Google Analytics.
- Ability to think creatively and strategically.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Familiarity and hands-on experience with managing social media content and metrics is required.
- Experience in creating and executing social media advertising campaigns is a plus
