Decipher Market Research - Senior Search Engine Optimization Executive (3-5 yrs)
JOB SUMMARY:
We are looking for a results-driven SEO Executive with a strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO. The ideal candidate should be proficient in SEO best practices, keyword research, site audits, link-building strategies, and analytics to improve website visibility and organic traffic.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and traffic.
- Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for relevance and search intent.
- Implement on-page SEO techniques, including meta tags, internal linking, structured data, and URL optimization.
- Perform off-page SEO, including link-building, outreach, guest posting, and competitor analysis.
- Conduct technical SEO audits to fix issues related to crawling, indexing, site speed, schema markup, and mobile optimization.
- Monitor website performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, etc.).
- Collaborate with content and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are followed.
- Stay updated with Google algorithm changes and emerging SEO trends to maintain rankings.
- Prepare and present SEO performance reports with insights and recommendations.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in SEO.
- Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies.
- Hands-on experience with SEO tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics, and GSC.
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for SEO implementation is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
