Decipher Market Research - Executive - Pay Per Click Advertising (3-5 yrs)
JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a results-driven PPC Ads Executive with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and other top PPC platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong analytical mindset, expertise in bid management, audience targeting, and conversion optimization.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Plan, create, and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant platforms.
- Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and ad copy optimization for improved ad performance.
- Implement A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and targeting strategies to enhance conversion rates.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, CPA, etc.) to optimize results.
- Manage and allocate advertising budgets efficiently to maximize ROI.
- Stay updated with the latest PPC trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with the design and content teams to develop high-converting ad creatives.
- Track and report campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Implement conversion tracking, pixel setup, and remarketing strategies to drive engagement and sales.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in PPC advertising and campaign management.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other PPC platforms.
- Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
- Hands-on experience with bid management, audience targeting, and budget optimization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
- Google Ads certification is a plus.
