Objective is define the Decimal Technologies Brand and act as a Brand Custodian

Key Performance Areas

- Define the Decimal Technologies Brand

- Create Brand awareness via social media platforms, digital marketing, blogs, website, PR (Online, Print & TV) etc

- Create and execute online and offline Reputation Management strategy

- Create Collaterals, Content, Blogs, Case Studies, Presentations

- Participate in Events /Awards

- Enhance Decimal visibility with Customers, Employees & Investors

Key Result Areas

- Create/Redo all the digital assets - Website, LinkedIn, FB, Blogs, Glassdoor, etc.

- Keep the digital assets live and updated

- Generate sales lead & make Decimal as an employer of choice

- Design and drive a 360 degree marketing/branding monthly calender

- Engage with SME's /agencies/Internal teams

Requirements

Hands on in Copy or Creative

Preferred background of agency and handled/worked with B2B IT Product/Services Company in Banking/FinTech domain.
