Roles and Responsibilities :
Essential Functions / Responsibility :
- Create and develop innovative agenda for better engagement meeting with complex and difficult customers.

- Work closely with senior sales professionals who demonstrate expertise, intelligence, integrity, and creativity.

- Retain and grow both relationships and revenue from existing business.
Your Potential Territory :
- Territories will be Europe and US.70% Sales: Learn and use the Decimal Point Analytics sales process.
- Approach sales opportunities from a strategic mindset and understand the client's problem statement. Become a trusted advisor with customers by learning their businesses, challenges, and risks. Work to improve customer contact relationships and expand reach within customers to other buying centres.30%
Other : Record and Maintain accurate sales reports within the DPA CRM. Manage customer satisfaction by involving internal resources. Share sales best practices and lessons learned via the approved forums. Keep up with continuing education to improve your skills and move you towards your next career path promotion.
Basic Knowledge Desired : An effective product, segment, and solution selling knowledge. Sales methodology proficiencies. Competition and market knowledge. Time management skills/knowledge. Knowledge and ability to influence others.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Business Development/ Sales Manager profile with a Foreign client-facing role ( US & UK) and has some experience in the IT services/ Data industry. Please look for candidates who are working in data/technology/digital consulting companies.
Qualifications & Experience : Bachelor's degree required, having a focus of study in Sales/Marketing is highly desired.
- 5 years+ of successful experience in a Sales Professional role.
- Experience in individual key account management.
- Evidence of CRM use and adherence.
- The desire and ability to progress through the DPA career trajectory is a preferred characteristic.
