Decimal Point Analytics - Manager - Client Relationship (3-5 yrs)
Client Relationship Manager :
- Build long-term relationships with clients and customers
- Act as the first Point of Contact for client(s) for any issues/queries
- Address and resolve customer issues
- Create and enforce plans that will help meet the needs of customers
- Inform the sales team of new sales and cross-selling opportunities
- Actively close new sales opportunities and find right fit for growth of client for DPA
- Promote and maintain a positive company image
- Understand client business profile, DPA's existing deliverables, timelines, and billing details
- Regularly communicate with Client contacts for relationship building, introducing new -DPA solutions, understanding client pain points
- Communicate proactively with DPA team(s) to resolve client issues
- Work independently, with the guidance from reporting head
