Job Description:

Company Overview: SmartPulse is a dynamic and fast-growing tech startup specializing in data SaaS software, serving a global clientele. We are searching for a forward-thinking and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team.

We are seeking a highly creative and data-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic SaaS company. In this role, you will be responsible for driving our digital marketing efforts for establishing our brand and driving customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive customer acquisition.

- Manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., paid search, social media advertising, display advertising)

- Create compelling content (blog posts, videos, infographics, etc.) that resonates with our target audience and supports our SEO efforts. Manage end to end content creation processes.

- Online marketplace and customer reviews: Discover trending marketplaces, manage our listings, engage with customers, and leverage reviews to enhance our online reputation and discoverability.

- Omnichannel social media management: Develop and execute strategies across various social media platforms, including (but not limited to) X, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and emerging channels.

- Analyse and report on campaign performance, website traffic, and other key metrics, using data-driven insights to continuously improve our marketing efforts.

- Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and alignment with business objectives.

Qualifications:

- Proven track record of successful digital marketing campaigns and measurable results

- 2-3 years of minimum experience in digital marketing preferred, (experience working at a marketing agency is a plus)

- Hands-on experience with performance marketing platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager), analytics tools, and content management systems

- Deep understanding of digital marketing concepts and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media platforms, analytics, marketing automation, SEO/SEM software, content editing tools)

- Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content.

- Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making

- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

- Experience in the SaaS industry or related fields is a plus.

- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines.

- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to push creative boundaries.
