Job Description :


- As a key member of our sales team, the ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving the expansion of our SaaS solutions in the US market.


- This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a proven track record in US sales, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about technology and sales.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct targeted outbound prospecting to identify and qualify potential customers in the US market.

- Generate and nurture leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.

- Qualify leads based on specific criteria to ensure alignment with our ideal customer profile.

- Clearly communicate the value proposition of our SaaS products to prospects and conduct product demonstrations as needed.

- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within target accounts.

- Collaborate with the Product Team to develop account strategies and penetrate target organizations.

- Manage and maintain the CRM system, tracking key performance indicators to measure the success of lead generation efforts.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.

2. Proven experience as a BDR/SDR in a SaaS environment, with a focus on US sales.

3. Proven success in early-stage startups, achieving notable sales milestones.

4. Track record of surpassing targets in similar deal sizes (500$) and company sizes (25 employees).

5. Expertise in selling complex SaaS solutions, including those with unique challenges.

6. Strategic approach to doubling opportunities and enhancing conversion rates.

7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

8. Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.

9. Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Freshworks) and sales engagement platforms.

10. Demonstrated effort, positive attitude, and reliability in all tasks.
