Assistant Manager - Digital Ad Sales
Location : Bangalore (MG road)
Required Candidate Specifications :
- Graduate with a PG qualification in PGDBM / PGDBA essential. MBA desirable.
- Minimum of 2 years sales experience out which 1 years in Digital Sales.
- Existing relationship with large advertisers & media agencies is required.
- MBA preferred.
- Demonstrated success in consistently meeting and exceeding sales goals.
- Strong planning ability & customer orientation.
- Thorough on problem solving abilities & negotiation skills.
- Go getter with hands-on sales approach.
Required Job Specifications :
- Generate & exceed assigned Revenue targets per month
- Execute & establish any new media solutions across platforms that is developed by the organization in the market to the key target clients in the region.
- Cultivate new large accounts in the region.
- Drive strategy, negotiate and finalize deals across Website, Mobile Site & Apps in the region.
- Work strongly with Major clients and advertising agency with decision makers and influencers
- Participate in building & monetizing new media solutions.
Key responsibilities :
- Meet Revenue Targets
- Key accounts acquisition and management for the region
- Enable best practices on Ad Tech & Ad solutions including Branded Content
- Participate and build a robust sales strategy for the region
