Job Responsibilities:
- The job would entail approaching with the who is who of the industry, celebrities, High Net worth individuals to sell our aircraft charter services.
- Mapping organizations to reach the CEO/ Entrepreneur/ Company Owner who generally will makes the call in such purchases.
- To customize solutions and products depending on the customers- needs. To meet the sales targets set for your markets.
- To provide effective business intelligence, recommendations on Sales approach (segmentation, industry focus, lead generation, new revenue streams etc).
Qualifications & Skillsets :
- Need to have sold and worked on a concept of selling High value products.
- Desirable to have worked in selling high end cars, 5 Star Hotels, High end real estate
- Business school or university qualification/degree in Marketing
- Must be able to think innovatively and out of the box and should have demonstrated this in the past.
- 0-3 years of related experience in Sales and Marketing
- Strong interpersonal skills - employees, peer and senior management
- Macro understanding of the Indian business environment and aviation industry in specific
- Has a broad vision of the current situation and future position of the industry and players
- Experience of controlling multiple projects and relevant budgets
- Personal organization skills
- Project and process Leadership Skills
- Prior experience at managing a professional team including employee career progression management
- Good understanding of how a complex business operates (structure, mission, goals, processes, interdependencies etc) & of the business environment (competitor, economic, industry etc) with the ability to identify & incorporate relevant factors in recommendations/communications
- Excellent cultural awareness with experience of effectively communicating & interacting with people of multiple cultures
- Advanced skill sets of written + verbal communications, presentations
- Proficient at MS Office
- Strong drive & ability to operate in a complex and rapidly changing dynamic environment
- Strong focus on delivery and results with high drive and energy levels
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify the key points & potential risks/opportunities in complex scenarios & structure ideas into logical & cohesive output
- Good understanding of budgeting & cost management principles with experience of successfully managing large project budgets
