Role and Responsibilities:

- Manage all contests, giveaways, and other digital projects.
- Manage all social media postings on behalf of the company
- Communicate with customers through emails, WhatsApp, telegram, etc.
- Ensure all-around consistency (style, fonts, images, and tone).
- To understand the financial requirements of customers
- Reach out to customers through digital means to provide financial solutions for their situation.
- Connect customers on Emails, WhatsApp, and Calls.
