DealShare - Senior Manager - Brand Management (2-15 yrs)
1. Growth - Own and drive category P&L. The role is required to work on deliver on daily sale, pricing and profitability numbers, short-term goals and long-term milestones set by business. Meeting these milestones is critical to create success.
2. Own Brand Equity on digital and non-digital platforms.
3. NPD: Create and execute the NPD funnel working closely with the key stakeholders.
4. GTM: Design and Drive the go to marketing mix.
5. Brand Activation: Digital Marketing is the most important activation tool. End to end brand management initiatives including BTL activation, Digital Marketing and ATL communication.
6. Develop a category and consumer understanding practice within the BU- Identify insights that can deliver the above-mentioned growth.
7. Create Category Briefs for cross functional teams and creative agencies to deliver on the above-mentioned tasks-
