Dealer Marketing Specialist - Automotive (4-6 yrs)
We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Dealer Marketing Specialist to join our team in Delhi. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 6 years of experience in dealer marketing, with a strong background in the Automotive or EV (2W) industry. This role is crucial in developing and executing marketing strategies to support dealer networks, enhance brand presence, and drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities :
- Dealer Support : Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns to support dealers in promoting the brand and driving sales.
- Brand Alignment : Ensure consistent brand messaging and adherence to corporate guidelines across all dealer marketing activities.
- Campaign Management : Plan and execute localized marketing campaigns, events, and promotions in collaboration with dealers to increase brand visibility and customer engagement.
- Market Analysis : Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and areas for improvement in dealer marketing strategies.
- Digital Marketing : Utilize digital marketing tools and platforms to enhance dealer marketing efforts, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
- Sales Support : Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives and track the effectiveness of dealer marketing initiatives.
- Training & Development : Provide training and support to dealers on marketing best practices, tools, and techniques to maximize their marketing impact.
- Reporting & Analysis : Monitor and report on the performance of dealer marketing activities, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Skills & Qualifications :
- Industry Knowledge : Strong understanding of the Automotive and EV (2W) markets, including customer preferences, sales cycles, and dealer operations.
- Marketing Expertise : Proven experience in developing and executing marketing strategies, with a focus on dealer or channel marketing.
- Digital Proficiency : Proficiency in digital marketing tools and techniques, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and content creation.
- Analytical Skills : Ability to analyze market data, customer insights, and campaign performance metrics to make data-driven decisions.
- Communication : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- Project Management : Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Education : Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Certifications : Certifications in Digital Marketing, Google Analytics, or other relevant areas are a plus.
- Experience : Previous experience in dealer marketing within the Automotive or EV industry is highly desirable.
