Dealer Development Manager - Sales - Investment/Trading Product (6-11 yrs)

- Develop and implement strategic plans to expand dealership network in the assigned region.

- Identify potential dealerships and conduct feasibility studies and market analysis.

- Negotiate dealership agreements and contracts to ensure mutually beneficial terms.

- Train and support dealerships in sales techniques, product knowledge, and brand standards.

- Monitor and evaluate dealership performance against set targets and KPIs.

- Resolve dealer issues and concerns in a timely and effective manner.

- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on dealership network status and performance.

Key Skills :

- Proven experience in dealer development and management within the automobile or EV industry.

- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Analytical mindset with a strategic approach to business development.

- Knowledge of local market dynamics and regulatory requirements.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
