Dealer Development Manager - Sales - Insurance (6-9 yrs)
Responsibilities :
Dealer Network Expansion : Identify and onboard new dealers to expand the distribution network.
Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with existing dealers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Sales Strategy : Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth through the dealer network.
Market Analysis : Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for dealer development.
Performance Monitoring : Monitor and evaluate dealer performance, providing support and guidance to achieve sales targets.
Training and Support : Provide training and resources to dealers to enhance their sales capabilities and product knowledge.
Reporting : Prepare and present regular reports on dealer performance, market conditions, and sales progress.
Collaboration : Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align dealer activities with overall business objectives.
Requirements :
- Proven experience in dealer development or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of sales strategies and market dynamics.
