Dealer Development Manager - Electric Vehicle (6-10 yrs)
We are looking for a highly skilled Dealer Development Manager to join our team in Aerocity, New Delhi. The ideal candidate will have 6 to 10 years of experience in dealer development, specifically within the automobile or electric vehicle (2-wheeler) industry. This role involves strategizing and managing the dealer network to ensure optimal performance and growth.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement strategies for dealer network expansion and optimization.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with dealers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations of dealers and provide necessary support and training to improve their performance.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of dealer strategies with overall business objectives.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with company policies and standards across the dealer network.
- Prepare and present regular reports on dealer performance and development activities to senior management.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in dealer development within the automobile or EV (2-wheeler) industry.
- Strong understanding of dealer operations and market dynamics.
