We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Dealer Development Manager to join our team in Bhubaneswar. As a Dealer Development Manager, you will be responsible for expanding and managing our dealer network, driving sales growth, and enhancing brand presence in the region.

Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute strategies for expanding the dealer network in the assigned territory

- Identify, onboard, and manage new dealerships while maintaining strong relationships with existing ones

- Conduct market analysis to identify potential areas for dealership expansion

- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop effective dealer incentive programs and marketing campaigns

- Provide training and support to dealerships to ensure they meet sales targets and deliver excellent customer service

- Monitor and analyze dealership performance metrics and prepare reports for management

- Negotiate contracts and agreements with dealerships in alignment with company policies and goals

- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred

- Proven experience as a Dealer Development Manager or similar role in the automotive or related industry

- Strong understanding of dealership operations, sales processes, and dealer management systems

- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills

- Ability to travel frequently within the assigned territory

- Strategic thinker with a strong business acumen and analytical skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
