Role - Inside Sales Specialist

Salary Range: 5 - 9 Lacs per Annum

We are currently looking for Lead Generation/Inside Sales Specialist is responsible for selling corporate products and services through telephone sales, Web Meetings.

This individual will be responsible for creation of sales leads, initiation of prospect calls, and establishment of ongoing rapport with existing and potential customers.

Skills: Overall Experience: 2 to 7+ years

- Should be an Acutely Strong Hunter.

- Strong phone presence and experience dialing 40-50 of calls per day

- Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools

- Strong listening and presentation skills - Ability to convert new customers to visit DealBerg.com and help them identify that they want to purchase

- Strong customer and product awareness - Great EYE To DETAIL skill - Good organizational and planning skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication

- The ability to work on multiple projects at one time

- The ability to work under pressure and to deadlines - Self- motivation

- The ability to be a team player

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in selling remotely through calls, emails and Demos in Domestic Markets preferred - Relevant Inside Sales Experience in handling SME customers

- Outbound Lead Generation Experience preferred

Roles and Responsibilities:

Role will involve a range of duties including:

- Source new sales opportunities through Outbound Calling SMEs spread across various Tiers

- Ability to write expert personalized outbound reach out emails

- Understand and have full knowledge of the Product and keep updated with new features

- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails - Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas

- Understand customer needs and requirements

- Qualify leads, engage with clients on emails and phone for Consultative Sales

- Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest

- Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory

- Work with the team to build pipeline and close deals in rapid sales cycle

- Perform effective online demos to prospects

- Be Involved with the Customer for On-boarding and Client Success
