Following are the attributes and skills required for this role -

- Excellent communication skills a must (Written and Verbal) - English

- Understand the unique value proposition of the organization and ability to explain & convince the same to prospects over phone & emails. (In a B2B set up)

- Not shy of client meetings (if that is required to get the client on boarded).

- This is an individual contributor role and will shape into a team management role depending upon business growth objective / milestones.

- Completely hands on in managing & reporting data.

- Clarity of thoughts and well organized personality with ability to handle multiple things at the same time.

- Meet or over exceed monthly / quarterly goals (this profile is responsible for customer acquisition targets).

- Ability to work in fast pace & demanding start up environment and strong sense of urgency in getting things done....
