Job brief :
We need efficient Business Developers who would Interact with Organizations and have the ability to build relationships with customers. Candidate should be able to identify new clients and add to the existing database of the company. Candidate must have experience in Business, Client Management.
Responsibilities :
- Pro-active sales activities to convert suspects into prospects and follow up to lead to a proposal and business closure
- Experience in B2B sales process, right from generating leads to winning leads.
- Comfortable working on specific objects and goals ( with specific timelines) & an attitude of making things happen
- Will be the primary owner of the Opportunity Management Process Prospect-Evaluate - Propose-Close - for new prospects or new clients
- Manage proposal pricing negotiations and process closure in a timely manner.
- Identify new opportunities to generate revenue with the clients.
- Developing new business relationships and generating new income to agreed targets
- Lead generation and appointment setting
- Securing and presenting pitches to a professional standard
- Generating leads by market investigation and cold calling
- A thorough understanding of clients objectives including their Return On Investment (ROI) objectives.
- This role requires extensive field visit in the defined geography
- This is a individual contributor role to start with and will transform into a team management role depending upon ability and performance of the individual
