Dcor -Executive - Sales - Modern Trade (2-3 yrs)
Responsibilities
- Prepare the Modern Trade sales strategy & growth plans in line with business strategy.
- Appointment of distributors for modern trade business.
- Handling Key Accounts and Large Format Stores .
- Achieve secondary sales.
- Drive profitability and deliver on the Revenue and Share parameters.
- Driving operational efficiency for modern trade channel.
- Achieving consistent growth by managing various stakeholders.
- Align and execute trade marketing and trade promotions interventions with the modern trade sales strategy and overall business strategy.
- Manage Accounts receivables, Responsible for debt collection and resolve all long outstanding debts.
- Resolve customer's trade issues, complaints and operational matters
- Planning Budget for Each Quarter.
- Appoint & Train promoters to achieve business growth.
- Managing Promoters & Brand associates
Requirement :
- Establish dealer networks with ensure growth of the business area to cover -East, western, North, and South India.
- Having good Explores in particular region.
