Responsibilities :
- Managing and appointing dealers all across India and developing the business Pan India in association with the Dealers.
- Business Acumen in Digital Printing Industry with experience in handling Internal and External Stake holders across India.
- International exposure would be added advantage.
- Travel should have been part of previous role
- Knowledge of Digital Printing business is Mandatory.
- Manage business revenue through dealership and achieve given targets.
- Cost analysis and cost reduction, negotiation would be part of the role.
- Productivity and targets for dealers across India and global would be part of this role.
- Attending exhibitions, planning travel for the top performers, arranging motivational n performance based meetings would be important for higher business outcomes.
- Creates and delivers presentations for both Clients and Executive Management that accurately reflect the quality, productivity, and financial performance of assigned dealers/partners across India/ Global.
- Fosters and maintains an excellent customer relationship with customers to enhance customer satisfaction as well as service opportunities.
- Sustains and regularly maintains the production portion of the monthly operations metrics to the DCC Executive Sales/Leadership team.
