DCC Group - Assistant Manager - Sales Support - Presales & Post Sales Process (2-4 yrs)
Pre & Post Sales - Sales Coordination
- Sales Support:
1. Assist the sales team in preparing and submitting sales proposals & quotes.
2. Coordinate and follow up on sales inquiries, leads, and customer requests.
3. Generate sales reports, sales forecasts, and analysis to support sales strategies.
- Order Processing and Management:
1. Receive and process sales orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
2. Coordinate with various internal departments, such as production, logistics, and finance, to ensure timely order fulfilment.
3. Track and monitor order status, ensuring on-time delivery and resolving any issues or delays.
4. Maintain accurate records of sales orders, customer interactions, and related documentation.
5. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints regarding orders or deliveries.
- Customer Relationship Management:
1. Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional customer service.
2. Respond to customer inquiries, order status updates, and product information requests.
3. Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date customer information.
4. Build and maintain strong customer relationships, fostering loyalty and repeat business.
5. Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer needs and upselling/cross-selling opportunities.
6. Collaborate with the sales team to resolve any customer concerns and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
7. Proactively communicate with customers about any changes or updates to their orders, including delays or backorders.
- Administrative Support:
1. Perform general administrative tasks, such as managing emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
2. Maintain and organize sales-related documentation, files, and records.
