Experience Required: Fresher or 10 months experience.

Qualification : MBA/PGDM, Specialization : Marketing.

Job Location: Ahmedabad

Remuneration (Specific Amount): (Between Rs.18,000/- to Rs.24,000/- Per Month -Take home) + (Incentives - Upto 15000 per month depends on how much target they achieve)

Expected Date of Joining: Immediate

Note :- Personal Vehicle and a Laptop is necessary for this position.

Job Responsibilities : (Training will be provided)

- Candidates need to sale Google Adword services to B2B clients.

- Identifying and Generating Sales opportunities through calling, references, internal databases.

- Fix up meetings with the clients.

- Have to go into the field to meet clients.

- Give presentations to clients regarding our company and product.

- Approaching various SME's for Business promotion solutions.

- Developing and maintaining relationships with the clients by providing support, information and guidance over phone/e-mails.

- Highest % of incentive in all digital advertising agency on monthly basis (Which starts once you achieve 50% of your target)

- Quarterly based increment (If an employee achieves 85% of his target consistent for 3 months then he/she will get an increment of 2000rs)

- Yearly increment is again a totally different process so in whole single one year candidate can get 5 times increment in salary

- Reach on a upper level as quick as possible ( i.e :- Business Development Executive - Sr.Business Development Executive - Asst.Sales Manager - Sales Manager - Sr. Sales Manager - Branch Manager)
