Roles & Responsibilities :
1. He/She will be responsible in establishing first level of contact with customers
2. Making Sales calls and targeting conversions
3. Managing inquiries and complaints about the product & ensuring customer satisfaction
4. Maintaining accurate records of complaints & inquiries
5. Co-ordinating with Distributors & Hub managers to resolve customer complaints
