Datax - Executive - Marketing & Sales (0-3 yrs)
- Building market for the DataXtech's IT solution products line up.
- Making marketing and sales strategies for the concerning IT solution products in India.
- Plan sales and advertising campaigns.
- Identify potential markets, customers convert them extensively.
- Excellent leadership, coaching, mentoring, and communication skills as one has to train the client to use company's IT solution products.
- Present Products to clients and work with them to stabilize and improve on customer satisfaction according to their needs.
- Present Demonstrations of the company's product to the corresponding clients.
- Attending regular team meetings to discuss and present progress and performance-related expectations.
- Engaging with active and budding clients to encourage the purchase of IT solution products.
- Collect and analyse market research data.
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
- Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
- Setting up meetings with potential clients and listening to their wishes and concerns.
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.

Remunerations:
1. Will be given Fixed salary with Attractive incentive with operational allowance
