DataToBiz - Inside Sales Role (3-6 yrs)

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for working with generated leads, understanding their needs, building relationships with potential customers, and converting those leads into sales to generate revenue for the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Execute the DataToBiz Lead & Opportunity Management process for building a sales pipeline both India and Overseas.

- Build relationships with potential customers by understanding their needs and providing valuable insights about our products/services.

- Follow up with leads in a timely and professional manner to keep them engaged and interested in our offerings.

- Present our products/services in a compelling and informative way, addressing any concerns or objections they may have.

- Meet and exceed sales targets on a consistent basis.

- Pass the client feedback to marketing/lead generation team for better lead generation.

- Continuously learn about our products/services and industry trends to stay up-to-date and provide valuable insights to leads.

- Collaborate with other members of the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

- Collaborate with internal sales operations stakeholders on reporting and analysis.

- Chart and deliver timely and accurate forecasting and pipeline management.

Requirements:

- 3+ years of Proven experience in inside sales or lead generation, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with leads.

- Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to overcome objections and close deals.

- Highly motivated and results-driven, with a passion for sales and a desire to succeed.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a collaborative and positive attitude.

- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
