Job Responsibilities :
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective leads to introduce our products/services and qualify potential opportunities
- Support digital marketing campaigns designed to generate and nurture leads
- Maintain and update the 'Marketing Lead File/Report' with lead information and interactions
- Assist in the development of scripts and strategies for effective outcalling
- Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns to convert them into potential customers.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and social media outreach.
- Conduct market research to identify potential leads and understand market trends
- Analyze campaign performance and report on key metrics to optimize future efforts
- Provide support in creating content for digital marketing channels, including social media, email, and the company website.
