Datamato - Executive - Business Development (1-3 yrs)
What you would be doing?
- Defining marketing strategy and executing under co-marketing campaign for Gitlab
- Writing SoW and Proposal along with Solution Architecture, responding to RFP
- Creating Delivery Plan for execution
- Manage Lead generation independently or along with Gitlab
- Negotiation and Dealing with Client executive
- Co-ordination with Gitlab Channel
- Co-ordination with Gitlab Distribution
- Generating Quotation and Negotiating final value with End Client executive
- Processing Purchase Order to Internal with Distribution Team
- Taking complete ownership of Solutioning and getting client satisfaction survey
- Client Feedback for implementation
- Alignment with Delivery Team for smooth execution of the solution.
- Timely Payment follow-up and collection
What we are looking for?
- Min. 1+ Years of experience in product pitch, demonstration, strategic solution designing
- Min 1+ years of experience in Enterprise client handling, relationship management, and key account management. Understanding of GitLab, Jenkin, Database, and other DevOps and SecOps toolchain
- Min 2+ Years of experience in handling business partners, reseller ecosystem, or its knowledge
- Good understanding and experience of Agile methodology and DevOps practices
- Appointment scheduling, preparation, and presentation to clients
- Knowledge or understanding of CRM or any portal for sales tracking.
- Quick learner ( DevOps/Gitlab learning, Key skills, or technical understanding)
- Willing for client visit whenever required (Mainly it is executive selling so meeting with client executive is very specific )
- Good planner and follower of a business plan, Regular business pipeline updates to management, and weekly dashboards preparation
- Should be target-oriented and lead, manage business pipeline independently.
- Incentive-driven remuneration system for the entire business unit
