Data Secure Solutions - Telesales/Presales Role (0-2 yrs)
RESPONSIBILITES :
- Support of Customer support and sales processes via phone calls to the customers
- Introducing the organization's products or services to customers in order to follow up with further steps of the sales process
- Generating and qualifying leads from cold calling
- Initiating repeated orders by follow up phone calls after the customers' purchases
- Carrying out market research on how to address customers
- Meeting monthly and quarterly sales goals
- Preparation of sales reports and caparisons of competitors' offer conditions
REQUIREMENTS :
- Degree in business, marketing or any other related field
- Experience in the area of sales is a plus
- Ability to stay professional and focused in stressful situations
- Strong customer-orientation and communication skills
- Ability to work towards strict targets
- Appealing appearance on the phone.
