Data Resolve - Manager - Government Sales (7-9 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Generation of new business from Government sector/PSU.
- Focus on growing & developing Existing Clients & also generating new leads.
- Identifies trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements; tracking individual contributors and their accomplishments.
- Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities.
- Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities; recommending equity investments.
- Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating partners' needs and goals.
- Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
Skills required:
- Should have dynamic personality with strong & convincing communication.
- Must be comfortable to travel inside and outside station.
- Must have knowledge of Govt. Departments all over India.
- Prior experience of working with Govt. Sector/ PSU preferably software sales.
- Closing Skills, Motivation for Sales, Prospecting Skills, Sales Planning, Selling to Customer Needs, market Knowledge, Presentation Skills, Energy Level, Meeting Sales Goals, Professionalism
- Motivated, competitive individual with a strong aptitude for learning technology.
- Met or exceeded quota in a similar field sales role.
- Extensive connects within government and partner community.
- Strong Account Management Skills.
- Knowledge of commonly used Sales and solution selling concepts, practices, policies and procedures.
- Must interact effectively with all levels of management and staff, internally and externally.
- Must be adaptable, professional, courteous and motivated, and must work well individually or as a member of a team.
- Excellent Phone, presentation skills, verbal and written communication skills, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized and attentive to details.
- Self-starting with solid follow-through and multi-tasking capabilities.
