Data Resolve - Inside Sales Executive (1-2 yrs)
Skills :
- Should have excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
- Should be soft spoken with good inter-personal and presentation skills along with excellent client relationship management skills
- Should conduct Product demos
- Should possess knowledge of creation of commercial documents like quotations, proposals, invoices, product and sales presentations, etc.
- Should have been involved in competitive research of software products
- Experience in sales progression analysis and business analysis
- Must be a self-motivated individual with high energy level, independent execution capability and a zeal for meeting sales goals
- Hands on word/excel/ppt
- Exposure to Social Media Marketing should be present
- Should have conducted and managed marketing events
- Exposure to CRM software is a plus
Roles and Responsibility :
- Coordinating with partners and customers for initial product knowledge and training
- Work with Sales Director directly to enable lead progression and POCs of prospects
- Create Sales Documentations (commercials/ proposals)
- Conduct Follow ups (internal / partner/client)
- Generate Leads through emails and cold calling engine
- Manage Partner enablement, on going training, seminars, team enablement
- Be able to generate business reports on periodic basis
- Sync coordination with internal sales team/ technical team / finance team
- Handle customer queries and have them fulfilled through presales team
- Conduct and Manage marketing events of the company
- Conduct Social Media marketing of the company like facebook, linkedin etc.
