Overview :

- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced B2B Marketing Product Specialist to join our innovative marketing team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our B2B product portfolio through strategic marketing initiatives. This position involves collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, conducting market research, and developing and executing effective marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities :

Product Positioning and Messaging :

- Develop compelling product positioning and messaging tailored to B2B audiences.

- Ensure consistent and impactful communication across all marketing channels.

Market Research :

- Conduct in-depth market research to identify industry trends, competitive landscapes, and customer needs.

- Utilize insights to refine and enhance product marketing strategies.

Campaign Development :

- Create and execute targeted B2B marketing campaigns to generate leads and drive product adoption.

- Collaborate with the content team to develop compelling and informative marketing materials.

Sales Enablement :

- Work closely with the sales team to create sales enablement tools and materials.

- Provide training to sales teams on product features, benefits, and competitive advantages.

Customer Engagement :

- Develop strategies for customer engagement, including webinars, events, and customer advocacy programs.

- Foster strong relationships with key clients to gather feedback and insights.

Performance Analysis :

- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

- Utilize data-driven approaches to measure the impact of marketing efforts on product success.

Collaboration :

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and customer support, to ensure alignment and success.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

- Proven experience in B2B marketing, preferably in a product-focused role.

- Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer behavior in B2B environments.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.

- Demonstrated success in developing and executing successful B2B marketing campaigns.

- Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
