Job Description :

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Marketing Manager at our SaaS company, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to drive growth, increase brand awareness, and generate leads. You will collaborate closely with the sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and support our overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to create awareness and demand for our SaaS products.

- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels including digital marketing, content marketing, social media, email marketing, and events.

- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, customer insights, and competitive positioning.

- Manage the company's digital presence, including website content, SEO, SEM, and PPC campaigns.

- Collaborate with the sales team to develop marketing collateral, sales enablement tools, and lead generation programs.

- Measure and analyze campaign performance, ROI, and KPIs to optimize marketing activities and drive continuous improvement.

- Build and manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners to support marketing initiatives.

- Stay current with industry trends and best practices, and implement innovative marketing strategies.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. (Master's degree preferred)

- Proven experience (4-6 years) as a Marketing Manager or similar role in the SaaS industry.

- Solid understanding of digital marketing tactics, including SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, and social media marketing.

- Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and problem-solving.
