Job Overview :

The B2B Marketing Manager will develop and execute marketing strategies that drive growth and customer acquisition in the B2B sector. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, creativity, and hands-on execution to enhance our brand presence, generate leads, and support sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities :

- Strategy Development : Develop and implement comprehensive B2B marketing strategies aligned with company goals.

- Lead Generation : Create and manage campaigns to generate high-quality leads through various channels, including digital marketing, email campaigns, content marketing, and events.

- Content Creation : Oversee the creation of compelling content, such as whitepapers, case studies, blog posts, and social media updates, to engage our target audience and support lead generation efforts.

- Market Research : Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to inform marketing strategies and campaigns.

- Sales Support : Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales tools, presentations, and collateral that support the sales process.

- Campaign Management : Plan, execute, and measure the effectiveness of multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with business objectives and budget.

- Brand Management : Maintain and enhance the company's brand identity and ensure consistency across all marketing materials and communications.

- Analytics and Reporting : Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing regular reports and insights to optimize strategies and achieve KPIs.

- Partnerships and Events : Identify and manage strategic partnerships, sponsorships, and industry events to enhance brand visibility and drive lead generation.

Qualifications :

- Education : Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.

- Experience : 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in [industry]. Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.

Skills :

- Strong understanding of digital marketing, lead generation, and content marketing.
