DashLoc - International Business Development Executive (2-5 yrs)
We are looking for an experienced International Business Development Manager to spearhead our expansion into global markets. This role will focus on identifying new business opportunities, cultivating strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth through our marketing solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in B2B marketing, exceptional relationship-building skills, and a deep understanding of international markets.
Key Responsibilities :
- Market Exploration : Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends, potential clients, and competitive dynamics in international markets.
- Client Acquisition : Develop and execute strategies to acquire new B2B clients, focusing on high-potential industries and regions.
- Partnership Development : Build and nurture strategic relationships with key stakeholders, including marketing agencies, technology partners, and industry influencers.
- Sales Strategy : Design and implement sales strategies tailored to diverse international markets, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Proposal and Pitch Development : Create compelling proposals and presentations that effectively communicate our value proposition and solutions to prospective clients.
- Negotiation and Closing : Negotiate contracts and agreements to drive revenue growth while ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Collaboration : Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment in delivering solutions that meet client needs.
- Performance Tracking : Monitor sales performance metrics and analyse data to refine strategies and improve client acquisition efforts.
- Industry Engagement : Represent the company at international conferences and industry events to enhance brand visibility and expand professional networks.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 2-5+ years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the B2B marketing or technology sectors in South - East Market.
- Proven track record of successfully driving international business growth and client acquisition.
- Strong understanding of B2B and SaaS marketing strategies and solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across diverse teams.
- Willingness to travel internationally as required.
