As a Digital Marketer at Dashloc, you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth strategies and optimizing our digital presence. You'll be responsible for developing and executing initiatives that increase brand visibility, attract new customers, and maximize conversion rates. Your expertise in SEO, content writing, and Google Ads analytics will be crucial in shaping our growth trajectory.

Key Responsibilities :

1. SEO Strategy :

- Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic to our website.

- Conduct keyword research, on-page optimization, and backlink building.

- Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance metrics, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.

2. Content Creation :

- Create high-quality, engaging, and SEO-optimized content for blogs, website pages, social media, and other digital platforms.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure content aligns with overall marketing and growth objectives.

- Manage content calendars and ensure timely publication of content.

3. Google Ads Management :

- Develop, implement, and optimize Google Ads campaigns to drive targeted traffic and generate leads.

- Analyse campaign performance, adjusting strategies to maximize ROI and achieve business goals.

- Prepare detailed reports on ad performance and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.

4. Growth Analytics :

- Utilize analytics tools to track and measure the effectiveness of growth strategies.

- Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement based on data insights.

- Collaborate with the team to develop and execute data-driven growth initiatives.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration :

- Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to align growth strategies with company objectives.

- Contribute to brainstorming sessions and strategic planning meetings to drive innovative growth solutions.

Qualifications :

- Education : Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

- Experience : Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in SEO, content writing, and Google Ads management, preferably in a SaaS environment
