Responsibilities :
- Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
- Design & implement social media strategy to align with business goals
- Set specific objectives and report ROI
- Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily on all social media platforms
- Monitor SEO and website traffic metrics
- Collaborate with other teams-likes designers, customer service to ensure brand consistency
- Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
- Stay up to date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications
Requirements and Skills :
- Proven work experience as a social media manager
- Hands on experience in content management
- Excellent copy writing skills
- Ability to deliver creative content-text, image and video
- Knowledge of Online marketing channels
- Excellent communication skills
- Analytical and multitasking skills
- Prior experience with online advertising, analytics and social media
Academic :
- Bachelors, degree in Marketing, Business or Mass Communications
- Diploma in Digital marketing
Minimum Experience :
- More than 1 years of experience in same field is a must
