Customer Care Representative :

1. Function Description : As a customer care professional, you serve as the face and voice of the company Darzi on Call. You can make meaningful difference in the experience of the clients and their queries by delivering value to our customers while deepening relationship with our company.
2. Purpose of the Role : To attend and solve queries efficiently and provide the best-in-class customer experience every day.
Responsibilities :
- Provide superior customer experience on calls to our clients
- Resolve all queries and follow established procedures and policies
- Provide alternatives and best possible solutions to meet their needs and ensure quality service is given at all times
- Adherence to quality and compliance guidelines, ability to take quick decisions and respond to customer queries
- Grow and nurture customer relationships on every interaction that results in long-term relationship and reliability with the client
- Deliver extraordinary results measured by customer satisfaction, effectiveness, efficiency and quality
- Manage social media queries as well as queries from various other portals associated with Darzi On Call
Academic Background :
- Preferably graduate in any stream
- Preference will be given to people with Fashion Background
Key Skills and Capabilities :
- Strong Problem-Solving
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Basic knowledge of MS office
