Darwin Platform Group Of Companies - Business Development Role (7-15 yrs)
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Achieving targets by understanding company's services/products
- Crafting performance strategies and maintaining standards
- On board new customers
- Optimization of sales
- Building clients who might benefit from the company's products
- Documentation and control of target achievement
- Negotiation of terms and contracts with clients
- Reporting to the Vice President- IT
- Develop a scalable sales process and ensure adherence
- Plan and preside over periodical review meetings with Leadership
- Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and monitor their preferences
- Tracking sales team metrics and sharing them with company leadership
- Provide pre-sales and post-sales service support and assistance
- Do a regular market research
- Attend various educational programs and conferences
- Communicate with clients, build strong relationships with clients, resolve escalated customer issues and customer complaints regarding sales and service
- Build strong relationships with industry professionals, competitors, vendors and other personnel
- Contribute to the reputation of the organization by entering and achieving professional awards.
Requirements and Qualifications :
- 5years of experience as a Business Development Leadership or similar role
- Experience in leading business development team for future
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent leadership skills
- Critical thinker and problem solver
- Great communication and presentation skills
- Excellent command of MS Office
- MBA and B. Sc. IT or equivalent
