Daphnis Labs - Manager - Business Development (1-2 yrs)
Daphnis Labs is seeking a highly motivated candidate to join its Management team. As a Business Developer you will be part of a cross-functional development Team.
Required Duties:
- Planning strategy for New Business Acquisition.
- Client meeting as required for briefings and present proposals for approval.
- Meeting individual & team target.
- Manage a team of business development executives who would contribute to fuel the direct sales pipeline.
- Have a strong network of contacts which you will use to develop new business opportunities.
- Have a great understanding of digital services and how they can benefit clients
- Generate leads and close your own pipeline of business.
- You will identify cross sell opportunities and ensure that you identify which of the suite of our solutions is right for each client.
- Making presentations to the client on Company's business and functioning.
- Nurturing relationships with clients to understand their business needs and requirements.
- Revenue generation through new clients.
- Developing relevant business proposals under the guidelines of Business Head.
- Handling meeting with key clients and team handling.
- Process management.
- Expected to manage the sales process and ensure that your paperwork is complete and up to date.
- Responsible for daily and weekly reports that go to the client for smooth functioning.
- Manage a team of business development executives who would contribute to fuel the direct sales pipeline.
- Driving the follows ups and regular interactions with the clients.
