Danvanthiri - Chief Sales Officer - IT Healthcare - eCommerce Startup (10-20 yrs)

The successful candidate will be a strategic individual with up to 10+years of managerial experience in a rapidly growing start-up environment with hands on experience in providing leadership to develop and implement sales strategy to meet and exceed the company's revenue targets.

Responsibilities :

- Develop annual strategic sales business plans to drive revenue and increase the company market share

- Assess market potential and identifies new business opportunities and synergies by building, developing and managing sales in lieu of Company strategies and tactics

- Strategic planning and execution. Knowledge of contracting, negotiating, and change management. Knowledge of structuring sales quota goals and revenue expectations

- Oversee the sales training program to ensure that sales people are able to achieve set targets that support overall company revenue objectives

- Maintain key customer relationships and develop and implement strategies for expanding the Company's customer base

- Set quality objectives, performance standards and priorities that are implemented and monitored across the company with respect to Sales

- Lead with compelling strategic vision that is in alignment with the organization's short and long-term sales goals

- Compile and review quantitative sales data and react rapidly to changing trends or new competitive threats and opportunities

- Serve as the internal and external evangelist for all solutions, working with the sales team, support team, and key customers as necessary

- Timely and accurate preparation of Key Business Indicators (KBI's) and opportunity pipeline

- Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations and product demonstrations

- Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of sales, methods, costs, and results

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Business or related area required, MBA highly preferred

- Experience with specific sales funnel management and structuring sales quota and revenue expectations

- 10+ years sales management experience of developing and launching enterprise level software,mobile applications, E-commerce and online products and services

- Demonstrated strategic thinking with an entrepreneurial spirit

- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams

- Proven experience working with large and diverse global user groups

- Strong planning and analysis skills to perform quantitative data analysis

- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and passion for managing projects to conclusion on time and

- Excellent organization, communication and presentation skills
