Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation : Identify new business opportunities and potential clients through research, networking, and prospecting.
Sales Strategy : Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth and expand the client base.
Client Meetings & Presentations : Schedule and conduct meetings with prospective clients, present services/products, and address customer needs.
Proposal & Contract Development : Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals in line with company targets.
Relationship Management : Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and partners.
Market Analysis : Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify business opportunities.
Collaboration : Work closely with the marketing, sales, and product teams to align on customer needs and develop tailored solutions.
Reporting : Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress towards targets in CRM systems.
Follow-Up : Ensure post-sale customer satisfaction, handling any issues or concerns that may arise.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and engage with clients at various levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
