Roles & Responsibilities :
About the team: Offline Business
This team oversees and executes offline store launches, in-store creatives, sales banners, outdoor hoardings/banners, WhatsApp videos & packaging design to support sales.
Ideal Candidate
- Should have exceptional graphic and aesthetic skills w.r.t creative design, enthusiasm, problem-solving, and good
communication & coordination skills.
- Should be able to manage different projects and stakeholders and have a versatile design style.
- Should be able to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, drive innovation and integrate with the team's culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Be responsible for handling the design requirements for offline store launches, packaging design & WhatsApp content.
- Create engaging visuals to attract offline customers while maintaining a repository of templates to best meet the requirements.
- Collaborate efficiently with copywriters, and understand the communication hierarchy & other design elements to effectively implement brand guidelines on each creative.
- Ensure utmost attention to detail, and maintain the highest standards of design and accuracy by designing & adapting key visuals approved by the Art director/Manager.
Qualifications & Experience
- Should be able to work with multiple software.
- Strong offline industry understanding and basic knowledge of print & packaging design.
- Strong and diverse portfolio showcasing experience across a variety of mediums, including eCommerce, retail & packaging design.
- 2+ years of relevant experience working at an agency or retail brand.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite [Photoshop, Illustrator, AfterEffects, XD, Premiere (Basics).
- Effectively communicate concepts and design rationale
- Engage in constructive creative critiques, while also being receptive to feedback
- Ability to think critically, rapidly conceive, visualise, iterate and tell timeless stories while being true to the brand
- Able to work independently, nurture team members and drive multiple projects at a time
- Foster strong working relationships with team members, cross-functional leads, and members.
