Job Deliverables - Area Sales Manager
1. Business Development:
- Identify and target potential HORECA clients within the Mumbai market to expand Damati Foods' presence. Stay well-informed about local market trends, HORECA preferences, and competitor activities.
2. Client Relationship Management:
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with both existing and prospective HORECA clients.
- Understand the unique needs of each client and offer customized solutions to meet their specific requirements.
- Regularly engage with clients to ensure their satisfaction, address issues, and gather valuable feedback.
3. Sales and Revenue Generation:
- Exceed sales quotas by effectively presenting and promoting Damati Foods' products to HORECA clients.
- Skillfully negotiate terms and close sales deals to achieve and surpass revenue targets. Continuously monitor sales performance and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
4. Market Insights and Analysis:
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify emerging trends, potential clients, and growth opportunities.
- Analyze market data to provide insights that refine the HORECA sales strategy.
5. Collaboration:
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment with overall company goals.
- Communicate valuable insights to the team to drive product enhancements and respond to market demands effectively.

Damati Foods is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Area Sales Manager to spearhead our HORECA sales efforts in the Mumbai region. The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of the HORECA industry, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets. As an Area Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our HORECA customer base, fostering relationships, and driving revenue growth.
Skills/Experience/Competencies you need to do the job:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field.
- Proven track record of Minimum 2 years in sales, preferably in the HORECA sector, with a strong history of exceeding sales targets.
- In-depth understanding of the HORECA industry and its dynamics.
- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
